WATERFRONT PROPERTIES APPOINTS TWO NEW REALTORS

Smith Mountain Lake, VA (February 26, 2004) - Waterfront Properties, Smith Mountain Lake's premier real estate company since 1987, welcomes two new realtors, Cathie Daniel and Dana Montgomery, to it’s full time staff.

Daniel, a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, has been appraising property in the Roanoke Valley and Smith Mountain Lake areas since 1992. Daniel became a REALTOR® in 2001 and is now focusing on real estate sales full time. Daniel’s training and experience as an appraiser give her a unique understanding of today’s fast growing real estate market.

Daniel graduated from E.C. Glass in Lynchburg, Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lynchburg College. Daniel lives at Smith Mountain Lake with her son, Davis.

Montgomery has numerous years of professional sales experience. Prior to joining Waterfront Properties, Montgomery worked in the printing industry for over thirteen years. Montgomery became a REALTOR® in 2003 and is focusing on real estate sales full time.

Montgomery graduated from Franklin County High School and attended Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke, Virginia. Montgomery and her husband, Tony, live in Hardy, Virginia, with their two daughters, Morgan and Callie.
